Request For Expressions Of Interest For Landfill Gas System Design And Management (REOI)

The Highbury Landfill Authority (HL Authority) (acting for both itself and Suez Environment Australia Pty Ltd (‘SEA P/L’), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the design/supply and management of a landfill gas extraction and combustion management system to the west of Halls Road, Highbury, South Australia. Details are included in the attached Request for expressions of interest for landfill gas system design and management.

The closing date is 4pm Friday 26 February 2016.

NOTE: A physical address has been specified for provision of the EOI. However, please ensure you:

1) Register via email as specified below and in Attachment 1 (to receive full REOI documentation), and

2) by the Closing Date, provide an electronic copy of the full EOI to the email address specified for the HL Authority Nominated Contact Person in Attachment 1.

Interested parties must first Register in order to be considered for the REOI process. Registrants must register with Sarah Moroney at SMoroney@golder.com.au (or phone on 08 8213 2100) by providing the following details and completing the Non-Disclosure Agreement, which must be returned prior to Registrants being provided with confidential sections of the EOI:

A site briefing will be held 10 am Wednesday 10th February 2016 for approved Registrants only (having received written confirmation by email from the HL Authority or their delegate (acting for both itself and SEA P/L).
