Belgravia Leisure is pleased to present to the market this unique opportunity on behalf of the Cumberland Council.
The Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre is a brand new, $27 million state-of-the-art facility, which is currently under construction at Church Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141. The existing facilities have been overhauled with the exception of the heritage significant buildings and the grandstand which have remained in recognition of the centre's historical local significance.
Expressions of Interest are sought from experienced operators to lease a proposed cafe site within the new complex.
