Tender Description
Expressions of interest are sought from architects with experience in aged care design for the re-development of the Winchelsea Hostel & Nursing Home.
The 31 bed community facility is co-located with Hesse Rural Health in Winchelsea. The project will initially require the development of a master plan for both existing and additional bedrooms and communal living spaces.
