Heartland Bank is the only New Zealand operated, controlled and managed banking group with a parent listed on the New Zealand stock exchange. It was established in January 2011 as Heartland Building Society; the result of the merger of MARAC Finance, Canterbury Building Society and Southern Cross Building Society. Heartland Building Society later acquired PGG Wrightson Finance and was registered as a Bank by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in December 2012.

Heartland Bank is currently located on the second and third floor of Heartland House, 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland. Level three of Heartland House has recently been refurbished and we are now wanting to create the same look and feel on level two. We are seeking a supplier who can provide us an end to end solution through to completion of the refurbishment.

The workplace needs to be designed to fit at least 96 staff all with assigned desks. There are currently four meetings rooms in the space that are separate and cannot be connected. These meeting rooms cater for 4 to 6 people. The meeting rooms are at capacity and we are constantly seeking space to have private meetings with colleagues or customers.
