Tender Description
Heartland Bank is the bank that aims to provide a first class customer experience, whether it's online, over the phone, or in person. We have a strong Kiwi heritage, and we're proud to work with the best people and businesses of New Zealand. Our digital focus means we're agile, responsive and can deliver what our customers need with speed and simplicity.
Heartland Bank is the only New Zealand operated, controlled and managed banking group with a parent listed on the New Zealand stock exchange. It was established in January 2011 as Heartland Building Society the result of the merger of MARAC Finance, Canterbury Building Society and Southern Cross Building Society. Heartland Building Society later acquired PGG Wrightson Finance and was registered as a Bank by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in December 2012.
Heartland Bank has audacious growth targets for the next 12 to 24 months and needs to create the ability to quickly scale operations to accommodate growth by changing the way we work.
Heartland Bank seeks proposals to implement a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution to support automation of tasks and processes. The RPA platform(s) should provide an easy-to-use process definition function to record and configure the process automation in a non-invasive manner (mimicking end users). The proposed solution must be scalable and flexible to automate processes within Heartland Bank both throughout New Zealand and Australia.
The solution should eliminate and reduce the staff time and effort, increase productivity and improve turnaround times while being able to scale up and down in response to the volume of work. It should reduce errors in tasks and improve compliance, and enable analytics with data captured in process execution.
We have completed a Proof of Concept and have executive support for a programme of work to implement a robotic workforce of unattended, attended and customer service robots.
We are looking for a vendor (or vendors) to work in a partnership, providing recommendations, accelerators, tools and methods to enhance delivery.
