Ryman Healthcare are planning to commence development of their new retirement village in Geelong, Melbourne
We are now seeking expressions of interest from Civil Contractors specialising in bulk excavation, bored piling, site services reticulation, roading and drainage. We are also seeking expressions of interest from all other building trades such as Concrete Placers, Steel Fixers, Bricklayers, Gib Fixers, Stoppers and Carpenters working in the Geelong area.
The proposed new retirement village will be phased construction,consisting of a full continuum of care, including independent living units, assisted living and aged care on the same site to cope with a resident’s changing health needs over time.
The Geelong Village will consist of approximately 21,000m2 of building area, including the main care facility and 23 independent apartments and 63 townhouses.
