Defence Health has a requirement for an external project auditor services for the our private health core platform replacement project. The project commenced in March 2019 and will be implemented by July 2020.

Defence Health has a requirement for an external project auditor to review all Project Delta documentation every two (2) months. The review will enable the auditor to provide an update paper to each board meeting regarding:

a) the project documentation that is committed to is getting completed
b) the information in the documentation is consistent
c) the information being presented to the board is accurate and in line with all project reporting requirements.

Defence Health expects that the proposed personnel has experience with similar work and can utilise existing basic framework or report.
It is expected that the work will take 2-3 days every two months however, the Respondent can also provide estimations of the hours based on previous experience.

We are hoping for the contract to commence in July with the first review to be completed by 12 July.
The Respondent must provide the details of the proposed personnel, the Respondent's experience in providing a similar service, examples of the framework/reports that will be used and the pricing for the engagement.
