Ballance is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) with the aim of engaging a single construction contractor to undertake an Early Contractor Input (ECI) process working alongside our selected design architect Jacksons Architect, with the purpose of constructing a new control room and laboratory on site at our Kapuni plant in Taranaki, New Zealand.

The intention is for the successful contractor to work with our design architect in the final detailed design phase of our project in order to deliver value to Ballance through a collaborative working approach between the 3 parties and contribute in delivering value engineering to what is going to be a budget driven project.
