Expression of Interest (EOI) – New Steel Mill Construction Whyalla Transformation Program
Liberty Primary Steel (LPS) are pleased to invite your company to submit an Expression of Interest as the EPC partner for the design, supply and construction of a new Steel Mill for the LPS Steelworks.
The purpose of this EOI is to seek an understanding of your company’s capability and technology, including a list of recent projects with a view to shortlisting for development of a technical specification and subsequent contractor selection.
LPS is intending to award the entire scope to a Principal Contractor under an ECI / EPC contract. Potential subcontractors are also encouraged to nominate packages of interest. A listing of potential subcontractors will be passed to the successful Principal Contractor.
