DROUIN & DISTRICT COMMUNITY FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced commercial builders for the CONSTRUCTION OF A 385 M2 SINGLE STOREY BUILDING consisting of Offices and two Retail Spaces in the commercial area of Drouin.

The proposed building will be 150mm R.C. wall panels on 130mm R.C. suspended slabs with the offices on 130mm Bondek and R.C. pads. The roof will be Colorbond on steel framing.

Invitations to Tender will issue in mid-January with an anticipated Tender Closing Date of 28 February 2020.
It is expected that works could commence in early April 2020.

Tenders will be by invitation with the proviso that the lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Preliminary architectural and engineering plans will be made available to interested and suitably qualified builders, with full plans and drawings available in mid-January when tender invitations issue.

Closing Date for Expressions of Interest is 29 December 2019 at 5pm.
