Expression of Interest are sought by the Australian College Sydney from suitably building trade sub-contractors with experience in the construction of school project. Following trades are required:
- Renderers
- Supply and installation of false ceiling
- Supply and installation of plasterboard
- Painters
- Supply and installation of fire doors
- Tilers
- Supply and installation of Aluminum doors and windows
- Supply and installation of metal roofing
- Water Proofers
- Supply of Toilet and bathroom fixtures
- Supply and installation of Safety railings and balustrades
- Supply and installation of mechanical and air-conditioning systems
- Supply and application of concrete floor finishes
- Supply and install carpet flooring
- Supply and install curtains and blinds
- Supply and installation of Science lab fit out
- Supply and installation of computer lab fit out
- Supply of school furniture
- Supply and installation of audio visual system
- Supply and installation of security alarm system
- Plumbers
- Landscapers
The above project is a three-storey building and all the structural works will be completed by the end of this months. Qualified traders and sub-contractors are requested to include in their submission of a company profile including the technical capability to undertake the work with reference to similar work if undertaken within the last 3 years.

Tender period will commence from mid-April 2020. The lodgement of an expression of Interest does not guarantee participation in the Australian Islamic College Sydney tender process.
