Tender Description
HILLSTON SHOW SOCIETY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE is now calling for tenders for the BAR and CANTEEN areas on Saturday 26th September 2020 to help us celebrate our 131st Annual Show.
All tenders can be submitted via email to the Secretary or via post to PO Box 157, Hillston.
BAR TENDERS must be received by Friday, 12th June 2020 for Consideration.
BBQ TENDERS must be received by Friday, 3rd July 2020.
Tenders received after these dates will not be considered.
