Tender Description
The Corporate Governance Committee assists the REDHS Board of Directors in fulfilling its responsibilities of corporate governance particularly as it relates to audit and financial performance.
Expressions of interest are sought for independent members with knowledge of Australian accounting standards and experience in connection with financial reporting and auditing to join this committee. The committee meets up to six times each year.
Independent members are appointed for two-year terms, which may be extended for a further two years.
