Tender Description
This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing Mechanical services MCCD’s with new MCCD’s. The existing boards are located in the basement (MCCD-B) and ground floor (MCCD-G) plantrooms. The project is a design and construct project including design, supply, installation and testing, and is intended that all existing equipment will remain operable through the project, with the new boards co-located with the existing boards. The project includes the upgrade of the BMS controls and cabling, the disconnection, relocation, extension and reconnection of existing fire rated submains, as well the power and control cabling to all equipment connected to the boards
