Tenders are requested for the construction of a new Senior Specialist Science Building for the Australian Christian College at 34 Cottrill Road, Caboolture.

The new building has 11 state of the art classrooms, Food Tech Classroom, 2 x Science Classrooms, Library, Administration Area, HPE Area, Amenities and external covered areas. New Roadworks and a Areas are also included with the proposed works. The new Senior Specialist Science Building has level access from the street and is adjacent to an existing car park area.

Tenderers are expected to be experienced in the construction of school buildings of this type and scale and should direct their registration of interest via email to brent@bwarchitects.com.au. Tenderers will be forwarded a link containing the tender documentation. Tenders will close Friday 2.00pm on April 9th 2021.

A lump sum contract for the building works is expected to be signed late April/early May 2021 for immediate commencement on site
