Tender Description
Our client Home Finance Company Pte Limited t/a HFC Bank, as part of its growth and long term strategy intends to review its Core Banking System (CBS) requirements with view to replace the system for its current and future needs.
We are therefore calling for an Expression of Interest from interested parties and vendors who have a proven record in advanced Core Banking solutions. This includes implementation, data migration and systems support for both hardware and software components.
The Party/Vendor, will be required but not limited to:
• Review the business requirement of HFC Bank fa the current and future banking needs taking into account the advancements in technology and platforms;
• Finalise a solution option that meets the requirements within the appropriate budgets;
• Implement the solution (potentially over a few phases) to go live including the data migration required from the existing Core Banking System;
• Provide initial and ongoing training on the system and operations, and
• Provide ongoing support arrangements in maintaining and enhancing the system over time.
