Tender Description
Avenel Jubilee Park Committee of management wish to advise that the lease on the Avenel old Police residence is now available for a term of three years, (previously Neighbourhood House). The Trustees are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations/individuals to use this building for community focused activities.
EOI should be addressed to current Secretary of Jubilee Park Committee, Anne Douglas, PO Box 43, Avenel 3664 and need only include name/s address and contact details.
Closing date for EOI is 20 May 2021.
