Tender Description
Arcadis Australia Pacific Pty Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for trunk sewer works associated with Stage 1 of the SkyRidge development, Worongary. The works involve:
• Construction of 670m total trunk gravity sewer main, ranging in size from DN225 to DN450, including connections to existing trunk manhole;
• 87m of trenchless sewer construction;
• Decommissioning of an existing sewer pump station and 460m of redundant sewer main;
• Coordination with Gold Coast Water and Waste, and on-site subdivision Civil Contractor.
• Coordination with existing service providers (APA and Telstra) for constructing works adjacent to existing services.
All work must be carried out in accordance with all relevant Building, Construction and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations, as well as; CoGC – City Plan, SC6.9 – Land development guidelines & Standard Specifications and Drawings, and SEQ Water Supply & Sewerage Design & Construction Code and Standard Drawings.
