Glen Innes Rural Fire Service Building Refurbishment and alterations. 100 Lambeth Street Glen Innes
The project consists of 640sqm existing building converted into offices and heavy vehicle storage for the NSW RFS.
Included in the project will include but not be limited to:
- general internal refurbishment including new linings, floor finishes & air conditioning.
- new electrical and communications fit-out
- new hydraulic services
- new bathroom and change room fit-out
- new kitchen fit-out & appliances
- new 50sqm external driveway concrete slab
- external repairs and painting
- new external roller shutters
- landscaping and irrigation
- new external courtyard with shade sail and new fencing
- new internal and external furniture will also be included as part of the contract
