St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc. (St John NT) require a suitable Cleaning Services provider to undertake cleaning at its existing facilities.

SCOPE OF WORKS - LOCATIONS
The Respondent is required to undertake cleaning at its existing facilities at the following locations:
• Casuarina.
• Winnellie
• Parap
• Palmerston
• Humpty Doo
• Katherine

SERVICES REQUIRED
The cleaning services will be broken down into 2 components for the purposes of this tender:

1. Regular cleaning of premises in accordance with the SOW.

Below are the minimum services required:

• Rubbish
• Vinyl floors
• Tile floors
• Toilets, washrooms and Showers
• Tea room / Benchtop
• General office areas and miscellaneous
• Plasterboard walls
• Windows

2. SERVICES REQUIRED - COVID SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED

Below outlines the minimum Services required:

• Toilets, washrooms and Showers
• Tea room / Benchtop
• General office areas and miscellaneous

MINIMUM SOW REQUIREMENTS

Please confirm that you:
• have an interest in tendering for the Cleaning Services to all nominated locations; and
• are able to meet the tender time frame of 3 weeks closing 20th September 2021

As a Cleaning Services provider do you have;
• A Covid management plan in place
• A Quality management plan in place
• A WHS management plan in place
• An Environmental management plan in place
• The ability to provide consolidated billing
• A dedicated account manager

Please upload a copy of your:
• Local (NT) organisation chart, showing key members of your organisation likely to be involved if your services were to be engaged
• Business public liability insurance to a value of at least $20M
• Current capability statement
• Current engagement (3) in services similar to the Cleaning Services that your company interested in tendering for.
