Tender Description

The Oceania Football Confederation Incorporated ("OFC") is the administrative body for football, futsal, beach soccer in the Oceania region. It is one of six continental confederations of world football's governing body FIFA. With its newly built headquarters located at Ngahue Reserve in Auckland, New Zealand, OFC is currently made up of eleven Member Associations and two Associate Members which it supports through a variety of means including financially and logistically through various programmes. Since 2020, the organisation has rapidly evolved into a dynamic organization that can effectively serve our game for the benefit of our people, our culture, our Oceania. With the impact of COVID-19 being felt around the world, OFC is adapting its work and operations to current realities, making our game accessible and inclusive in all its aspects.

 
Responsible for the development and organisation of football across the Pacific. OFC organise educational courses for coaches, referees, administrators, and sports medical personnel as well as FIFA World Cup Qualifier tournaments with many other competitions. While using football as a tool for social development OFC also ensures that all member associations complete their development strategy and to complete OFC's plan and goal, it is necessary to travel to attend training seminars, conferences, member association congresses and competitions.
 
To achieve its objectives OFC solicits proposals from travel agencies to provide travel and accommodation services in connection to travel undertaken by OFC. OFC intends to appoint a travel agency as the exclusive provider of travel and accommodation reservations for a period of 24 months.
