He Ira Kahui Anamata Trust (HIKA) is currently undertaking the project management/main contract facilitation of the construction of Te Wao Nui a Kaingaroa - Kaingaroa Community Centre on behalf of Rotorua Lakes Council and the Kaingaroa Forest Village Incorporated. The project is funded by the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment/Kanoa via the Provincial Growth Fund and is overseen by Te Puni Kokiri - The Ministry for Maori Development.

The project involves extensive alterations and additions to the former Kaingaroa Administration building on Dun Road Kaingaroa, resulting in a mixed use community and healthcare facility.

HIKA has issued this request for tenders in order for interested subtrades to provide maximum fixed price tenders for one or more trade categories for the available contract works.

All questions and answers should be made via the tender portal. Any direct communications made outside of the tender portal regarding the tender will be subsequently posted on the tender portal.
