The parcel of land is located between 5 and 7 Murray Street, Bridport, is approximately 500sqm in size and is currently an unused portion of the Anderson Street road reserve (CT 235225/1).

Expressions of interest are sought from interested purchasers with written submissions to include name and contact details of potential purchaser and offer of sale price for purchase of the land.

Expressions of interest are open for a two week period, commencing 16 June 2022, with submissions to be received by no later than 5pm on Thursday 30 June 2022. Submissions can be emailed to gm@dorset.tas.gov.au, mailed to Dorset Council, PO Box 21, Scottsdale 7260 or dropped off at the Council Chambers, 3 Ellenor Street, Scottsdale during business hours.
