Old Parliament House is looking to engage an operator to provide high quality venue management and catering services within areas of the building.

These services will include all stages of function organisation from bookings through to delivery, along with the operation of a competitive and contemporary café, with the aim to create a “destination” experience supportive of the iconic status of the location.

The successful operator will have expert knowledge of the hospitality industry, the ability to deliver with high levels of professionalism, the ability to work within a rich cultural and heritage environment and contribute to the development and consolidation of Old Parliament House as an outstanding local and national venue.
