The DCCP is seeking expressions of interest from organisations interested in utilising the old Town Hall premises located at Lot 773 Coober Pedy.

Respondents should provide information covering:
* Name and nature of your organisation
* ABN / ACN / ACNC number/s
* The purpose for utilising the Town Hall premises
* The nature of business / activities to be operated from the Town Hall
* Preparedness to make required repairs to the premises
* Insurances in place for your organisation
* Key terms and conditions for utilising the premises
* The length of your desired tenure
* Payments, such as rent / lease, being offered.

The DCCP will assess each response on its merits and is not obligated to accept any offers.
