Tender Description

Unitywater seeks to engage an experienced Contractor to undertake renewal activities for the Secondary Clarifiers 1 & 2 (SC1 & SC2) at the Murrumba Downs STP (MDNSTP) under our bespoke Design and Construct (D&C) agreement.

 
Principal's Project Requirements attached however the works generally include, but are not limited to, the following;
 
  1. Survey of existing clarifiers and develop a suite of documents reflecting the current state of the clarifiers;
  2. Update of the BIM models and new drawings of assets;
  3. Design and RPEQ certification of various components;
  4. Isolation, draining & cleaning of clarifiers;
  5. Refurbishment of the concrete tank;
  6. Refurbishment of mechanical components;
  7. Electrical repairs/refurbishments;
  8. SC1 scum pipe repair; 
  9. CCTV inspection of various pipework;
  10. Commissioning and handover.
The following mandatory criteria apply:
 
  • Demonstrated experience (Contractor, Personnel and Sub-Contractors) successfully delivering similar sewage treatment brownfield projects within active process plants.
  • Safety, Quality and Environmental ISO accreditation or a similar standard;
  • Applicable licenses to perform the works,
