Rio Tinto requires a supplier to perform filter media installation and associated services at the Site (RTA Yarwun and Boyne Smelter - Gladstone QLD), as and when directed by the Company, including but not limited to:
· removal and installation of filter media from the isolated cells in the calciners and boiler equipment;
· troubleshooting and performance monitoring;
· leakage detection;
· provide analysis and written reports on the performance of the removed Goods in accordance with the Company’s standards and requirements, detailing the Associated Services performed and any exceptions to normal operating conditions;
· continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve turnaround times of filter media change outs;
· provide written reports on the completion of each set of Associated Services in accordance with the Company’s standards and requirements, detailing the Associated Services performed and any exceptions to normal operating conditions;
· provide a response for breakdowns and emergency unplanned requirements within six (6) hours of Company’s request;
