Tender ID: 520973
Tender Details
Tender Description
RMIT is pursuing a service provider to support Critical Incident Management Program.
The Critical Incident Management Team (CIMT) exists to guide the senior management of RMIT University Australia (RMIT) in anticipating, responding to, recovering, and learning from critical events that may negatively impact RMIT. These events may threaten students, staff, contractors, visitors or volunteers.
The CIMT and supporting structures have been established as the highest-level incident structure within RMIT. Members are responsible for implementing the appropriate response when a critical incident occurs. This response is governed by the Critical Incident Management Plan.
In order to continue to meet our regulatory and compliance requirements, RMIT needs to continue the Critical Incident Management program, undertaking annual refresher and deep dive training for the responders, bringing the process to improved maturity, and ensuring alignment of all our emergency responses and guides. In line with best practice, we are also looking to uplift our CIMT response and program via a continual improvement framework.
The Contract term is for 3 years, plus 2x one-year options to be exercised at RMIT discretion, subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Tenderer(s), which will be determined by RMIT.
