Tender Description

Colliers are seeking tender responses for the provision of leased office accommodation for premises located within Perth CBD WA, ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 square metres NLA of high quality office accommodation.

CBD location requirements include but are not limited to:

PCA A-Grade;

Preference for 5.5 Star NABERS rating or higher;

End of trip facilities with bike storage and lockers and café;

Close proximity to public transport;

DDA compliance;

7 carparks with easy access to/from building;

Access to vehicle e-charge points

Meeting rooms and Conference Facilities onsite or available for hire

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Credentials

Commonwealth National Lease to be used;

No makegood requirement for the tenant at the expiry of the Lease or any further term; and

Full market incentive
