Adelaide PHN is seeking applications from Residential Aged Care Organisations interested in participating in the Telehealth in RACFs Program to support their purchase of recommended equipment and participation of staff in the training, education and evaluation of the program aimed at enabling telehealth consultations between residents and their primary healthcare providers.

Applicants can apply for funding of up to $7,500 (GST Exc) per Residential Aged Care Facility under the Telehealth in RACFs Program.

Successful applicants will be required to purchase and maintain insurance for the equipment purchased for use in the RACF program until 2023-24 financial year.

Adelaide PHN will provide training and support to assist the RACFs. Funding will be made available to successful applicants in the 2022-23 financial year.

Included in the total Grant funds of up to $7,500 (GST Exc) is an upfront incentive package for RACF staff to participate in the recommended training and education sessions for the telehealth project. Additional incentive payments may also be provided until 2023-24 financial year.
