CURRENT STATUS:

Phase 1 - Validation Design Review is currently underway and nearing completion. This phase involves the investigation and verification of the Pefeasibility Study (PFS). The aim of this phase is to establish the detailed engineering scope of work and reduce the extent of the Project works required for the upgrade. This includes an assessment of the Project equipment based on the provided Basis of Design, scope objectives, and technical queires developed throughout the phase.The deliverables from Phase 1 form the basis for Phase 2 - Detailed Design phase.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

Provision of technical consultancy services required to deliver detailed design engineering of the associated upgrades to existing balanced machines (Stackers ST03 & ST05, Reclaimers RC03 & RC04, and Shiploaders SL02 & SL03) to handle the revised material properties of the Cape Lambert A (CLA) plant including but not limited to:

1. Project management and administration.

2. Maintain a project-specific Contractor Data Schedule (CDS) transferring the data requirements from CDRL into the CDS ensuring each requirement is captured and noted individually on the CDS.

3. Weekly progress meetings and reporting.

4. Site visits as required.

5. Stakeholder engagement and data collection, including validation of the required equipment upgrades.

6. Development of design documentation and data sheets for any equipment required as part of the upgrade and based on the Company preferred vendor list.

7. Development of detailed designs, including the update of existing drawings/models or the preparation of new versions to replace existing ones.

8. Presentation and review of detailed designs in Perth.

9. Facilitation of HAZOPs in Perth.

10. Participation in risk assessments to enable identification of functional safety.

11. Participation in a constructability and operability review in Perth.

12. Development of a detailed design report.

13. Implementation Scope of Work development for tender purposes.
