Tender Description
Immanuel College currently operates a fleet of eleven Ricoh copiers under a 60 month contract, which is now due for renewal. The College has over a number of years reduced the number of personal printers by introducing multifunction copiers and moving to a PaperCut centralised print release system with Scan-to-me functions etc. A key objective of this project is to align to the College’s strategic goals related to sustainability, by reducing the overall environmental impact of printing and reducing the overall number of copiers from eleven to nine as part of this refresh.
