Gold Coast Waterways Authority is seeking the services of a suitably qualified economic consultant to conduct an economic analysis to inform and support the development of the Waterways Place Strategy, as described in more detail in the attached documents as follows:

- Part 3 - Conditions of Tendering
- Part 4 - Contract
- Part 5 – Scope
- Part 6 - Returnable Schedules
Depending on requirements these goods/services specifically include:
- economic modeling and data analysis
- GIS modeling, data analysis, and mapping
- land use planning
- strategic planning
- report writing (including document formatting, editing, and presentation capabilities)
- stakeholder engagement.
