Buloke Shire Council invites Tenders from competent and experienced contractors for the upgrade of the sports lighting infrastructure of the football oval at the Birchip Recreation Reserve, 16 Morrison St, Birchip, Vic 3483.
This Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following work requirements:
Management and Supervision
Obtain Building Permit for lighting upgrade.
Compliance with DEECA requirements and conditions
Site clearing/demolition of redundant infrastructure.
Earthworks
Electrical and Lighting Works including
Construction of foundations
Supply and installation of lighting masts
Supply and installation of sports floodlights
Lighting controls
Site Metering switchboard
Football Oval switchboard
Electrical conduits, cabling and trafficable pits.
Authority approvals
Testing and commissioning
Supply of Maintenance Manuals
12 months defects liability
Reinstatement Works
Miscellaneous and Incidental Works
