Barunga West Council (the Council) invites Tenders for the provision of Rubble Raising, Crushing and Stockpiling at specific Council identified Pits (the Services).

The Barunga West Council is located at the ‘Top of the Yorke’ peninsula, South Australia, with its southern-most boundary about 110 kilometers north of Adelaide. The townships in the Council area are Alford, Bute, Fisherman Bay, Kulpara, Melton, Mundoora, Port Broughton and Tickera.

Tenderers are to review the requirements as outlined in Section D – Specification and note the following:

• the areas to be serviced are owned by private landholders;
• Council’s aims and objectives regarding the Services is that the Pits will be left in a clean and tidy condition with no large rocks remaining on-site;
• the Council will enter into a Minor Works Contract with the successful Tenderer;
• the successful Contractor will be required to commence the required works at a mutually agreed time but as soon as possible after signing of the Contract; and
• the Completion Date for the works will be negotiated with the successful Contractor.
