RMIT invites Submissions for the provision of Campus Security Services in accordance with this Request For Proposal (RFP).

The requirements for the goods and/or services are set out in further detail under Part B Statement of Requirements. The full RFP documents can be downloaded via the Tender Documents tab.

RMIT intends to appoint a maximum of one Provider for each of the following categories under this RFP:

- Physical Security Services

- Electronic Access Control (EAC) Supply, Install and Maintenance Services including server maintenance

- Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Supply, Install and Maintenance Services including server maintenance

Vendor(s) can submit for one or more of these categories if they are able to demonstrate the requisite accreditations, capability and capacity.

RMIT will only consider Proposals submitted via this Tenders Portal by or before the Closing Deadline of 2PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time 17th November 2023.

The Contract term is for three years subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Vendor(s), with two one-year extension options to be exercised at RMIT's discretion.
