Tender Description
The scope includes but is not necessarily limited to:
• design, supply and install of the following structures:
o warehouse ~ 1800m2;
o admin and control building(s) ~ 2000m2; and
o 275 KV Switchgear building with Gantry crane~ 700m2 (Note: Internal fit-out is by others);
• procurement and fabrication (design and construction by others) of:
o 5 x electrolyser buildings ~3000m2; and
o 1 x water treatment building ~2000m2;
• design, supply and nstall:
o building foundations;
o architecture and building services (electrical, comms, HVAC, security, hydraulic, sewerage, fire etc);
o plant control room and electrical rooms;
o building fit-out;
o lighting; and
o electric vehicle charging infrastructure;
• supply and install civil infrastructure works including
o parking / pavement ~ 3000m2;
o road pavements and footpaths;
o kerbs;
o stormwater connections;
o landscaping ;
o street furniture, signs, and lines; and
o inground utility connections for sewer, water, LV, comms, minor drainage;
• handover and full energised commissioning of:
o building services;
o utility connections;
o H2 control room connection to facility (ICSS hardware by others);
• temporary works, including:
o temporary site offices;
o temporary structural and civil works; and
o temporary commissioning.
The following scope is excluded (to be performed by others, prior to handover of Site to the Contractor):
• bulk earthworks;
• piling; and
• main stormwater trunk lines.
