The service and support are:

1. On-site resource for 4 hours per week to provide regular system clean up, maintenance and resolution of issues, 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2024.
2. 9am to 5pm, 5 days a week telephone and email assistance.
3. 24/7 access to online job logging and monitoring system.
4. Escalation process for high priority incidents and changes
5. Dedicated Consultant with redundancy and supplementary resources as required; and
6. Dedicated Account Manager with quarterly meetings

NOTE: EDRMS licenses and installation are not required to be provided as part of this service.
