Albury Wodonga Health is seeking responses to this EOI, as outlined in Part A.2. AWH are approaching the market with a two staged approach:-
Stage 1 – Expression of Interest (EOI)
Stage 2 – Design and Construct Tender
The organisation seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available. Hence this Expressions of Interest (EOI) process will be the first stage of a two stage procurement process.
Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a suitable fire systems contractor to resume works that have been part completed as part of an existing project. The projects works are across both the Albury Campus and Wodonga hospital campuses.
The procurement of a suitable contractor comes following the existing project losing its head contractor due to unforeseen circumstances. Albury Wodonga Health note that the defaulting contractor was not as a result of any action taken by Albury Wodonga Health.
Albury Wodonga Heath is moving to resume the works with a new contractor who are suitable to complete the remaining works.
