Council is inviting interested companies to provide services to supply and deliver culverts to the Hay Shire Council.

The contractor is required to supply and deliver culverts to designated locations along Main Road 319. This includes the unloading at specified locations. Council will provide unloading pads at each specified location.

The contractor will be engaged in the 2024-2025 financial year to undertake the supply and delivery of culvert components. Components to be delivered by Friday 29th November 2024.

The contractor is required to carry out all the operations associated with the supply and delivery, including the unloading of the culverts to the designated locations.

The locations of delivery have been identified and breakdown is included in the appendix. Additional works may be required, and this will be carried out following the agreement between the Contractor and Council. Chainage 0 being the Oxley Road turnoff. Individual culvert dimensions specified in the Appendix Note: 450mm kerb to be included in the dimensions along with Base slab components to suit each site.
