Intent to Establish Panels of Pre-Qualified Suppliers

The Shire of Esperance intends to establish panels of pre-qualified suppliers (Panel) for the 2024/25 financial year, in the category:

• 0563-24 Request for Application
• Professional Services
• The panel will be for a variety of professional services for the following subcategories: Drafting Services, Environmental Services and Land Surveying Services.

Applications MUST be submitted electronically via the Shire's e-Procurement portal before the Deadline. Applications submitted by facsimile, email, post or hand delivery of documents will not be accepted.

Applications do not need to apply for all categories under any panel, applicants are welcome to apply for just one category (e.g. mowing services only). Applicants are also encouraged to apply multiple times for one category, if applicable (e.g. dozer hire, multiple models).
