Tender Description
Atwea College are seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified companies to complete a refurbishment of one of our Alesco Secondary College Premises at 298 Cessnock Rd, Abermain NSW 2326.
The project requirements include:
- drafting of architectural plans
- full roof replacement
- minor demolition works
- window replacements
- removal of existing kitchen, with supply and installation of a commercial kitchen including appliances
- supply and installation of floor coverings
- project and site management included
Atwea College will negotiate the timing of building works with the successful tenderer to ensure disruption to our students is kept at a minimum. Where possible, works will be requested to be completed during school holidays.
