Procurement Australia has been engaged as the Tendering Agent for Campaspe Shire Council, Greater Bendigo City Council and Mount Alexander Shire Council and invites tenders for the above mentioned contract.

The objective of the tender is to establish a panel of suitably experienced and qualified Contractors that have the capability to service these Councils' Spray Seal and Bituminous Services requirements. This tender is applicable to organizations whose core function is the supply and delivery of one or more of the following categories:

1. Spray Sealing and Associated Services

2. Asphalt Patching

3. Asphalt Resurfacing

4. Crack Sealing and Micro-surfacing

This tender is not applicable to those organizations whose core function is traffic management and/ or road marking, as it will be the responsibility of the successful Contractor.

This contract is for the period commencing no later than 1 October 2024 and ending 30 September 2027, with the potential for 2 x 1-year options to extend.
