Southern Ports invites suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to submit an Offer in response to this Request for Design and Construction of an Electrical Workshop at the Port of Esperance, in accordance with the Request Conditions.

·         Complete all pre-demolition planning and approvals 

·         Complete all detailed design in accordance with relevant building codes and regulations. 

·         Complete all demolition works for the original workshop 

·         Complete all construction works including site preparation, building construction, electrical installation, plumbing and HVAC installation, fire safety system and fit out. 

·         Develop all relevant deliverables including demolition permit and completion report, approved for construction drawings and specifications, as-built drawings and warranties for materials and workmanship.

A site briefing may be facilitated by request for the purpose of providing Respondents the opportunity to develop and lodge a competitive and compliant Offer. Site briefing details are further provided.

To facilitate this Request, Southern Ports will administer the sourcing process through its internal Felix Vendor Management System. 

To access the system Respondents are required to complete and submit the Felix online registration form. 

Within 72 hours of receiving your registration, Southern Ports will provide system access to Felix to enable you to download the Request Documents and lodge your Offer. 

Note: Respondents who have previously undergone the onboarding process in Felix for a prior Request advertised through Tenders WA, or who have an existing Felix Account, must still complete the Felix online registration form for this current Request to access the opportunity in Felix. For further details, please contact our Felix Administrator.

When lodging your Offer via Felix, you will be required to:

1. Complete Part A - Vendor Registration and Onboarding; and

2. Complete Part B - Request for Quotation (Lodgment of Offer).

You are required to complete both Part A and Part B prior to the specified Closing Time for your Offer to be deemed compliant and considered for evaluation.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Corner The Esplanade and Bower Avenue, Esperance at 12 Jun, 2024 11:00 AM.

Please bring a Hard hat; High visibility long sleeved shirt; Long trousers; Safety footwear; Gloves; and Safety glasses. Attendees are also required to have and present photo identification (i.e. Drivers Licence) if you do not have an MSIC.
