The Office of National Intelligence is seeking information from qualified Respondents to provide ICT Physical Desktop Services and ICT Hardware Fleet Management Services. This RFI aims to identify available solutions and associated costs to meet ONI’s requirements and inform future procurement stages.

The users and their needs

ONI’s Digital Enterprise Branch (DEB) is seeking to engage the services of an experienced service provider with the capacity and capability to provide enterprise-wide Physical Desktop and ICT Fleet Management Services, essential to ONI’s operational functions. ONI is seeking to develop a long-term strategic relationship with a supplier, focused on providing secure, reliable, and effective technology to its workforce of approximately 500 people.

The successful provider will be required to support the agency through the provision of:

1. ICT Physical Desktop Services, and

2. ICT Hardware Fleet Management Services.
