This Request for Proposal (RFP) relates to the procurement of cloud-based product / services and the selection of an Implementation and Service Provider that will provide, implement and support a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solution for icare.
icare is seeking to stand up a composable DXP that includes an integrated Content Management System (CMS), Search Engine and other components to deliver a digital first, self-service enabled, and customer centric personalised experience, that is not only better aligned with our users’ expectations from their online digital government interactions, but also adaptive as we progress into an increasingly digital ecosystem.
Scope
- Transition from the current Digital platform before September 2025.
- Accelerate content delivery, faster time-to-market for new features and services, reduce technical debt, and enhance scalability and flexibility in adapting to evolving business requirements.
- Improve customer service efficiency, streamline communication, and enhance overall customer experience by providing consistency across touchpoints.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and engagement, and increase portal utilisation, enabling icare to better drive customer and community outcomes.
- Streamline operations, reduce complexity and lower maintenance cost through providing self-service capabilities (for both internal users and our external customers).
