The Australian National University issues this Request for Tender (RFT) in order to seek tenders for the provision of permanent disposal of radioactive waste (identified four highly active sources) services.

The sources are

• 241Am (37 GBq) + Neutrons (2x106 s-1)
• 241Am (3.6 GBq) + Neutrons (2x105 s-1)
• 226Ra (230 MBq) + Neutrons (8x104 s-1)
• 226Ra (3 MBq)

The successful tenderer shall:

- complete all required documentation

- transport waste to an approved waste disposal facility, and

- provide the certificates of destruction/storage.
