Tender Description
The scope of services comprises the provision of legal services in each, but is not limited to, the following sub-categories:
- Dispute Resolution and Litigation
- Projects (including expressions of interest, requests for proposal and requests for tender documentation, project strategy and structuring and related advice)
- Contract Advice (including administration, document reviews, review of departures and the creation of templates and standard form contract documentation)
- Intellectual Property, Trademarking and Media
- Competition, Regulation and Reform
- Statutory Interpretation
- Human Resources (EA negotiations, advisory and disputes)
- Property (including leasing and conveyancing)
- Native Title, Heritage and Environment; and
- Legal Resourcing and Secondments.
Horizon Power intends to establish a panel of suppliers for the sub-categories of services listed above.
Respondents will be requested to demonstrate their expertise in one or more of the above sub-categories.
