Ashburton District Council ("Council") invites proposals for real estate agency services in accordance with this request for proposals ("RFP").

Council is seeking the services of a real estate agency to market and sell former Council Administration Building and site, located at 117 to 147 Havelock Street, Ashburton ("the Services").

This is an open RFP. All interested parties with the relevant qualifications and track record are invited to respond by preparing and submitting a submission ("the Submission"). The objective of this RFP is to select one of the Submissions to endeavour to agree a contract for the Services with the submitter ("the Submitter").
