Tender Description
Spiire Australia Pty Ltd in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in July 2024 for the Redstone Estate Stage 16 Branch Sewer and Redstone Estate External Branch Sewer.
The project will include:
Construction of approximately 852 metres of DN300 Branch Sewer and associated structures as part of Redstone Estate – for Viewgrange Pastoral, within the City of Hume. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC1(Reticulation/Branch Sewer Category SC2 (Branch/Main Sewer > DN280 or Sewer Reticulation . 5m in depth) and Category SC7 (Any Live Sewer Works).
